The Calam City Clinic, in Texas, is frequented only by the wealthy and privileged looking for cosmetic enhancement. It's business as usual on the expensively run private wards, until successful American businessman and ageing philanderer, Dickie Hart, suddenly dies, apparently from cardiac arrest! But indicators point to foul play!
